All pre-order items are not currently in store and are secured specifically for you once your order is placed. These products are sourced directly from our suppliers and are subject to availability at the time of ordering.

Estimated delivery timelines are typically 5–7 business days, although in some cases items may arrive sooner. Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to supplier or shipping factors outside of our control.

• Pre-order items are ordered specifically on your behalf, and therefore returns and refunds are limited.
• Refunds will only be issued if:
  • The item cannot be fulfilled by the supplier, or
  • The product arrives faulty or damaged.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind on pre-order items.

• Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in-store.
• You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the full order and ship it together unless otherwise arranged.
